Change your relationships

I offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions in Park Slope, Brooklyn, specializing in people-pleasing and codependency. Sometimes you may feel like you are reliving the same patterns over and over again. You may be feeling lonely and resentful, hiding yourself but helping others. Therapy is a space to examine and interrupt these patterns.

Therapy can help you establish boundaries or deepen connections; sometimes, treatment can help you find the strength to walk away from situations that are not serving you. My style is psychodynamic but warm and direct, and I am versed in body positive/LGBTQIA+/harm reduction approaches. I look forward to working in partnership with you.

Therapy sessions are provided virtually in New York State or in person in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Hi, my name is Rachel Easterly, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker and therapist for individual adults and couples in Brooklyn, NY. Therapy can be a life changing experience, and you’ve already done the hardest part by reaching out. My hope is that sessions are a safe space to slow down and think about what you really want, at a time when life may be moving too fast, and other people’s voices may be too loud. I hope you take a chance, and reach out.
